I read an article about the VP debate the other day. They talked about how many facts Sarah Palin got wrong and how many facts that Biden ALMOST got wrong. What?
They discussed how whenever Palin could she threw in her record as governor of Alaska. Biden talked openly about his work in the Senate but that issue wasn't brought up. She was simply telling everyone that she's accomplished a great deal in the position she's held and that she will put her best foot forward in her new position as VP.
The article also talked about her not answering the question that was asked. Hmmmm, I have seen quite a few presidential debates. I have yet to see a candidate give a direct answer to the question and leave it at that. Normally they spout off numbers and "facts" but never answer the question.
I believe that she held herself well and actually called Biden out about a few things. What do you think?

Absolutely, I think she did fantastic. In fact, even the moderator said at one point that neither of them answered her question. It's almost as if the people that had already made up their mind that she was not their choice either had their fingers in their ears while she was talking or were off making dinner in hopes that their liberal media will tell them what to think the next day.

One of the things she never talks about his her orders to slaughter baby wolves, mother polar bears, and their cubs. This is embracing a "culture of life"? No, this woman is a persecutor of anyone and any thing not like her. The night of her acceptance speech, I wrote a check out to the Democrats. McCain lost my vote the day he put her on the ticket.
It is a shame that you women are being snowed by Palin's shallow image. She is unfit to lead this country, whether or not you identify with her. The presidency is the most difficult job on earth, and needs a person who first and foremost, has a poker face like no other. She is, at the very least, far too soft. Regardless of her celebrity look and charming manner, she is not made of the right stuff. Gosh! I'm so glad I heard about this blog, saw you guys on CNN. As a born again Christian (as all Christians, of course, are)I too want to fellowship with persons of like minds and hearts. The problem is, I've been a Christian a long, long time. Long enough to know that Christ would never bash or prejudge people. That Christ loves us as Christians no matter what our color, or our middle names. That when He told us to love our enemies, He didn't want us to kill them. I am a Christian mom. I have Christian values. My Lord has taught me many things. One of them, "Judge not, lest ye be judged." guides me daily. Tolerance is my motto, grace, my watchword.

I heard you comment tonight on CNN that Sarah Palin is someone that you could sit down and have a conversation with and have some snacks. Is this what qualifies someone for the position of VP. American International Group Inc. spent US$440,000 on a conference at a California resort less than a week after an US$85-billion government takeover, lawmakers said.

I don't find any need to bash Sarah Palin personally (she does enough damage herself). I don't agree with her politics and I don't think she is in anyway qualified to be VP of the USA.
I do find it offensive that she wears her religion on her sleeve; like she somehow knows God's will better than someone else. What arrogance. Ironically people like that are usually the furthest away from the example of how Jesus lived.
Separation of Church and State is in our Consitution for a good reason. Religion should not be part of the political discussion. We are not the United Christian States of America.
Its funny that when you present these village idiots with the truth - they do not respond. They have nothing to say. They (republicans) know that their party is headed in the wrong direction - on the issues, on morality on civility.
