I honestly can't wrap my mind around why anyone would want the government to be in the health-care business. I have dealt with government offices many times in my life. Even some of the simplest things like getting license plates for my car have turned into a headache. So, I can't imagine wanting to deal with bureaucrats when trying to go to the doctor.

I recently retired from a large federal agency after 33 years. I don't want the government anywhere near health care.
