I've wrote before on here how I know The Left must have a newsletter. They seem to have a new peewee game plan now. In unison they post comments all over the web that Palin is a quitter, she couldn't take the pressure, she's a wacko, I don't understand a thing she said and other petty things.
Do they really believe the thinking people can't see through this barrage of garbage? Are they that out of touch with what the average normal person is about. Do they really feel they can continue to insult people and we'll just go with it?
It would appear that it's worked so far for their voting block. I guess those folks like people to tell them what to think and what to do. By the looks of it, it doesn't matter if you win an election on merit. It only matters that you win. Even if the person you've elected is the biggest mistake since the likes of Jimmy Carter.
I wonder if the Obama voters will think he is cool (cool is what they were told to think remember) in say two years from now when he is still jetting around on the taxpayer dollar. When groceries cost twice as much as they do now. And gosh I don't even want to think about the other stuff that could come to pass.
I believe most of Obama's voters don't remember Carter. I was just a kid then but I do recall during Carter's administration, grocery stores came up with a special aisle in the store. It was filled with boxes and cans in white packages with black letters; it was called generic items! Generic groceries were of the lowest quality and price, just a sign of those times. A bad memory indeed! I wonder what our kids will remember about the Obama years? And if it will be as cool as those generic groceries?
Crack open a cold one... here's to newsletters, Carter, Obama and tasty generic beer.

I remember Jimmy Carter well! You look up "total and complete disaster" in the dictionary, and his picture is there!
Almost everything wrong in the world can thank Carter. It was Jimmy Carter who came up with the "Community Reinvestment Act" that forced bankers to give loans to dead beats. This of course lead to the current economic meltdown!
But this Obama makes Carter look like a good idea!
It was Barack Obama during his street thug days at ACORN who went out and trained the "rent-a-mobs" to go out and physically thr4eaten bankers to do these loans!
ACORN still does this sort of thing, when they aren't stealing elections. Think AIG.
Jimmy Carter's totally inept foreign policy gave creation to the radical jihad movement. It was under his watch that Iran fell to the crazies, and the radical Islamic movement was born, and terrorism become a daily reality worldwide.
Looking at Obama, with his disdain for democracy and support for communist dictators, God only knows how dangerous the world will be before we drag him from office!
I'm like you. I remember those crappy generic cans of food. I remember that it was so bad the media, back when it was almost honest, actually created a "misery index" to help you understand just how bad Carter's economy sucked!
It took a lot of beers to get over Carter. Not sure what it will take to get the taste of Obama to go away.
I was just a teen age girl during the reign of Mr. Peanut. My Dad was out of work as a sheet metal worker for almost all four of these miserable years.
I remember shopping with my dad late at night because he was ashamed o having to use food stamps.
A little over a year into Ronald Reagan's Presidency, my dad found steady work and he had work until he retired.
I shudder to think what this economy is going to look like if this current president gets his way.
Go Sarah Palin!

I remember extremely high interest rates under Carter -- people were paying up to 18 - 20% on home loans. That's bound to happen again under Obama. He's printing trillions of dollars, increasing our money supply to such high levels that we're going to face massive inflation. Under his "leadership," the economy just keeps getting sicker.
I'm afraid the worst is yet to come. It's going to be a long time before this country finds its way back to prosperity.
I'm glad Sarah Palin doesn't have an Ivy League degree. She's not an elitist; she's one of us. We desperately need someone with her common sense in the White House!
