I'm just twisted!

I have this blog because I believe in Sarah Palin. I like to keep up on what she is doing and to let other people know that despite what the main stream media says there is so much more to her. I really enjoy sharing what I learn here.

Tonight though my post isn't about Sarah. It's about Obama and our government in general. I was surfing tonight and went to the Yahoo homepage where I saw a little article about Obama and his family going on vacation. You can read about it here. Doesn't one usually have to work at year before they get a week off???

Now I'm not one that usually cares about anyone doing anything or going anywhere. I don't hate the "rich" people. I say more power to them after all I believe in the free market and the American dream. But this vacation to me just seems like another big FU citizens. If Obama really wanted to make a splash... go to Michigan or Ohio to some resort their economies need the money and you know tons of reporters would be there in a second to get their leg tingles.

I guess it was the vacation thing that just threw me over the edge.

I'm upset that our country is in so much debt. America is not suppose to be in debt to another country. But these idiots spend money like it's no big deal. It's not theirs so what the hay! Which reminds me that I use to be a cashier when I was a teen and if my drawer came up short I was held accountable for that. These people act like ok, I'm elected I have a job for 4 - 6 years good pay, medical, dental, parties, power, etc. We need to hold them all more accountable.

I'm upset that the people that represent us know so little about most Americans and what we want. Those people that are suppose to represent us need us to babysit them. One would assume they are going to take care of things so that we could work and live. It has become quite a job keeping up with what these fools in D.C. are doing. Then I have to take time out of my life and write letters to them.

I'm upset that we have a main stream media in this country that is worthless 99% of the time. I would so respect one just one of them if they ever just came out and said ok this really is screwed and here is the truth. Instead they obey because they want to stay part of the "in" crowd.

I'm still upset that some people in our country.... the country that I love still think that Joe the Plumber was a bad guy for asking a common sense question. And that anyone for that matter thought it was ok that the media went after him. How is that ok with anyone in this country.

I almost thought about typing this in all caps because I feel like screaming. I feel like slapping people that won't take the time to educate themselves and then they vote. I say that while confessing that I didn't always pay attention to what our government was doing but at least I didn't go out and vote.

As Palin said it's not good to be apathetic, and I know it's work but our country is being shaped because these politicians are serving the special interests, while we are working, watching TV, doing the dishes, going to soccer practice and just trying to do the best we can from day to day.

Last for tonight, I'm tired of the Palin hate. I'm tired of what I believe to be a decent woman being attacked by people in the media while they use her name to make a buck. What kind of hateful dark souls those people have. To enjoy attacking someone and their family like that is nothing short of evil!

It's late and I'm ranting because I just can't help myself. I'm sure Mom that I have many grammar and spelling errors heck I might not even be making sense but tonight I just don't care. Yes, my mom reads my blog. :o)

I could go on and on... this is far from all that is on my mind. Please tell me I'm not alone here!

Anyways....

I feel like Ozzy is going to come through the door at any moment and yell all aboard!

hooray for you. Real common sense, your Mom has got to be proud. Don't be afraid to stand up for what you believe.

Thanks Dee!

I should have included that after my mom reads my blog she calls me to tell me all the errors I made, grammar, punctuation, and spelling. She missed her calling as an English teacher I guess.
